Forman smokes the marijuana to cope with depressing economy. 

Point Place, Wisconsin --Point Place police charged Eric Forman, Steven Hyde, Michael Kelso and "Fez" with marijuana possession after the Point Place High School students were spotted getting high near the county Water Tower.

Steven Hyde, 17, and Fez, 17, were both staying at "Red" Forman's at 121 Eisenhower Drive, Point Place. They are each charged with one count of criminal possession of marijuana, conspiracy and intent to distribute, which are felonies.  Eric Forman, 17, and Michael Kelso, 18, were each charged with possession.

The arrests were the result of an investigation by Point Place Police Street Crimes Team and the School Resource Officer. The police believe that immigrant student Fez is the son of a wealthy South American drug lord and he was sent to establish the family drug cartel in suburban Wisconsin.

Police claim they found in a VW van an ounce of packaged marijuana and recovered 13 1/2 ounces from a storage chest full of obscene materials.  Also seized in the search were various moisturizers, passport, binoculars and women's underwear. 

All men were arraigned Friday in Point Place Court and remanded to the Brown County Jail without bail. Shortly after the arraignment Red Forman was also arrested for assault. 

Michael Kelso is the inspiration for the fictional character Ashton Kutcher that marries an older woman named Demi Moore in the movie "Meet the Willises."
