No. America needs an adult sized Big Wheel. Recently, a woman used a Big Wheel to single-handedly defeat two men. Try doing that with a 10 Speed. 

A Big Wheel competitor, Huffy's Green Machine has even added assault capabilities to their own eco-friendly mode of transportation. Why get mad at lousy drivers when you can get even? Blast them with H20 and keep it moving.
